But, I mean, REAL REAL HATRED, shame, odious feelings...?
I have.
It's not pretty, it's simply disgusting, especially if you know that YOU were the cause of so much pain, if you single-handedly inflicted pain into people you love, you admire, you respect.
Remember, when you desobeyed your parents, did something really, really nasty, and they cried when found out the absurdity of your accomplishment? How this disobedience made you feel like crap, like excrement? And the shame that came right after???
God, please, teach me, how can I possibibly fix this? Or better (or worse), how can I possibly forget about this?
You know, your Lake of Oblivion? Could you please tell me where it is? I'd like to take a big, big plunge in there, and spent a few hours swimming, floating and forgetting.
Hi honey,
ResponderExcluirU know, I guess the best thing to do when we feel like crap is to be surrouded by the ones that DO love us. It is a time to receive love through them. This is a valuable lesson of how to feel special again. Besides, we were not meant to be alone whatsoever. When we look at the deepest and darkest parts of our souls it gets easy to understand the verse that says: "The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it? (Jer 17:9)However, it is essencial to remember something precious:
"He will turn again, he will have compassion upon us; he will subdue our iniquities; and thou wilt cast all their sins into the depths of the sea." (Micah 7:19)
I can assure this place you mentioned ..." lake of oblivion" DOES exist!!!! And it is JESUS himself!! Just to reemphasize this, check out what says this next wonderful verse: "He hath made every {thing} beautiful in his time: also he hath set the world in their heart, so that no man can find out the work that God maketh from the beginning to the end." Some versions use the word "eternity" instead of "world" here. CAN YOU SEE THE AWESOMENESS OF THIS? The Father put this "eternity", which is this gigantic hole inside of us on purpuse! Thus, Jesus is the only one who can fill this up! Outstanding! To conclude, just meditate at what says the end of the verse ..."so that no man can find out the work that God maketh from the beginning to the end"... My last question is: Who is the one who said "I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty" in Revelation 1:8??????
Jesus himself!!!
I could mention other thousands of verses here, but just to finish, I will leave a last one: "He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered {them} from their destruction" (Psalms 107:20). This verse explains the most famous Bible verse ever, which is John 3:16! Sink in Jesus sweetie! Love u!
I love u, Honey! You are, indeed, my Master!!!!!
ResponderExcluirYou keep encouraging me, even when I fail, even when I feel like giving up!

Hi honey!
ResponderExcluirPsalms 32
Blessed {is he whose} transgression {is} forgiven, {whose} sin {is} covered.
Blessed {is} the man unto whom the LORD imputeth not iniquity, and in whose spirit {there is} no guile.
When I kept silence, my bones waxed old through my roaring all the day long.
For day and night thy hand was heavy upon me: my moisture is turned into the drought of summer. Selah.
I acknowledged my sin unto thee, and mine iniquity have I not hid. I said, I will confess my transgressions unto the LORD; and thou forgavest the iniquity of my sin. Selah.
For this shall every one that is godly pray unto thee in a time when thou mayest be found: surely in the floods of great waters they shall not come nigh unto him. {when...: Heb. of finding}
Thou {art} my hiding place; thou shalt preserve me from trouble; thou shalt compass me about with songs of deliverance. Selah.
I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye. {guide...: Heb. counsel thee, mine eye shall be upon thee}
Be ye not as the horse, {or} as the mule, {which} have no understanding: whose mouth must be held in with bit and bridle, lest they come near unto thee.
Many sorrows {shall be} to the wicked: but he that trusteth in the LORD, mercy shall compass him about.
Be glad in the LORD, and rejoice, ye righteous: and shout for joy, all {ye that are} upright in heart.
Love u!
Kisses
He has turned my darkness into light. He is so full of mercy and full of grace.
